Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are submitted. If a product is defective it will be replaced with the same product.

Return Policy

Because of the philanthropic nature of our business, all sales are final. No exchanges are allowed unless the product is defective in which case we will replace it with another of the same product, provided we are notified within 30 days of the date we originally shipped the product.
